  • 60 g polyunsaturated margarine
  • 1 ripe banana, mashed
  • 1/3 cup roughly chopped pecan nuts
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 1/2 cup CARNATION Creamy Evaporated Milk

    How to Make

    1. Preheat oven to 200ºC/180ºC fan-forced. Grease 8 cups of a muffin pan.

    2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, stir until just combined.

    3. Spoon mixture into prepared muffin pans.

    4. Bake 20 minutes, until golden.
