  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup (125mL) low fat milk
  • 1 pinch ground nutmeg
  • 1 pkt MAGGI 2 Minute Noodles
  • 99% Fat Free Chicken Flavour,
  • break noodle into 8 pieces
  • 1 zucchini (120g), grated
  • 1 carrot (120g), grated
  • 1/2 cup (60g) grated gruyere cheese

1. Preheat oven to 180°C/160°C fan forced. Grease and line 23cm round cake pan.

2. Combine eggs, milk, nutmeg and chicken flavour sachet in medium bowl. Add MAGGI 2 Minute Noodles 99% Fat Free, zucchini, carrot, and cheese, mix to combine. Spoon mixture into prepared pan and bake 25 minutes.

3. Turn out of pan; allow to cool. Serve cold.
