Recipe Ingredients (serves 4)
- 2 tsp oil
- 200 g chicken breast fillet, diced
- 1 onion (150g), chopped finely
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 2 cups (400g) long grain rice,
- cooked, drained & chilled
- 1 tbsp MAGGI Chicken Stock Powder
- 1 red capsicum (200g), diced
- 1 cup (120g) peas
- 1 tbsp MAGGI Original Seasoning
- 2 green shallots, sliced diagonally

How to Make
- Heat oil in wok or large frying pan; add chicken, onion and garlic and stir fry over high heat until golden.
- Add rice, MAGGI Chicken Stock Powder, capsicum and peas; stir fry for 5-8 minutes.
- Stir in MAGGI Liquid seasoning and green shallots before serving.
