  • 2 tsp oil
  • 200 g chicken breast fillet, diced
  • 1 onion (150g), chopped finely
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 2 cups (400g) long grain rice,
  • cooked, drained & chilled
  • 1 tbsp MAGGI Chicken Stock Powder
  • 1 red capsicum (200g), diced
  • 1 cup (120g) peas
  • 1 tbsp MAGGI Original Seasoning
  • 2 green shallots, sliced diagonally

  1. Heat oil in wok or large frying pan; add chicken, onion and garlic and stir fry over high heat until golden.
  2. Add rice, MAGGI Chicken Stock Powder, capsicum and peas; stir fry for 5-8 minutes.
  3. Stir in MAGGI Liquid seasoning and green shallots before serving.
