  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 1 red capsicum, cut into strips
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked lean chicken breast

    DRESSING:

  • 1/4 cup CARNATION Light & Creamy Coconut
  • Flavoured Evaporated milk
  • 2 tbsp MAGGI Chilli Sauce
  • 1/4 cup THOMY Delikatess Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley

1. Combine salad ingredients in a bowl.

2. Combine Dressing ingredients. Add to salad, mix until combined
and serve immediately.
