Recipe Ingredients
- 125g margarine, softened
- 3/4 cup (165g) brown sugar
- 2 cups (300g) self raising flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 375 mL CARNATION Light & Creamy Evaporated Milk
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1/2 cup (45g) UNCLE TOBYS Traditional Oats

How to Make
1. Preheat oven to 180°C/160°C fan forced. Line 12-hole (1/3-cup/80mL) muffin pan with paper cases.
2. Using an electric mixer; beat margarine and sugar until light and creamy; reserve 1/3 cup of the mixture for topping.
3. Add flour, baking powder, cinnamon and combined CARNATION Light & Creamy Evaporated Milk and egg to remaining mixture; stir until just combined; divide mixture among prepared cases.
4. Add UNCLE TOBYS Traditional Oats and extra cinnamon to reserved mixture; mix well. Sprinkle mixture evenly over muffin. Bake 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
