Recipe Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups gluten free self raising flour
- 2 pkt MAGGI Gluten Free Tasty Cheese Sauce Mix
- 1 tbsp chopped chives, optional
- 375 g CARNATION Light & Creamy Evaporated Milk
- 15 g butter or margarine, melted
- 1/3 cup grated tasty cheese

How to Make
1. Preheat oven to 220°C. Lightly grease a baking pan. 2. Sift flour into a bowl; add MAGGI Gluten Free Tasty Cheese Sauce Mix and chives, stir in CARNATION Light & Creamy Evaporated Milk until combined and dough is sticky.
3. Knead dough on a well floured surface until smooth.
4. Pat dough to 2cm thickness and cut out scones using a floured 5cm round cutter. Place scones, side by side on the prepared pan, brush tops of scones with butter and sprinkle with grated tasty cheese.
5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
