1. Preheat oven to 200°C. Lightly spray mini muffin holes with canola oil spray. 2. Sift the flour and bran into a bowl and stir in the cheese and ham. Make a well in the centre. 3. Whisk together the milk, margarine and egg, pour into the well and mix until just combined (the mixture should still be lumpy).4. Divide the mixture among the muffin holes and bake for 10-15 minutes or until the muffins have risen.
