Recipe Ingredients (Serves 4 )
- 1 tbsp oil
- 400 g veal mince
- 2 tsp MAGGI Beef Stock Powder
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 400 g can chopped tomatoes
- 300 g can red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 8 burrito tortillas
- 1/4 cup grated tasty cheese
- 1 red capsicum, sliced

How to Make
1. Heat oil in a frying pan and brown mince in batches. Return any cooked batches of mince.
2. Add MAGGI Beef Stock Powder, cumin, tomatoes and beans and bring to the boil. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Place some veal mixture on a heated tortilla. Top with cheese, capsicum and avocado, fold in the sides and roll up. Repeat with all tortillas and serve immediately.
